Engineering

INFRAMET has developed a “tailor-made” study and design service to adapt to each customer’s specifications

Our engineers carry out all types of technical studies required for towers dimensioning according to different standards (EUROCODES, BAEL, hh66, NV65, DTU,…).

We are involved in the study, dimensioning, design of the metal structure and civil engineering (foundations, reinforcement, anchoring, etc.) of new sites.

We also carry out load studies and feasibility reviews on existing structures by recommending the reinforcement solutions required to increase the towers payload (structural elements, assemblies, foundations, etc.).

Thanks to our design and dimensioning software (ROBOT STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS, SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD), we draw up the study plans and all other plans required for the manufacture and assembly of the structure.

Manufacturing

All our products are manufactured in-house by our qualified boilermakers and welders in our 7500 sqm² factory located in the center of France.

The hot-dip galvanizing of the elements is carried out by our historical local partner, European leader in its field.

We also offer tower painting after hot dip galvanizing

On site installation

Our own assembly teams ensure the installation of our products throughout France.

We offer on-site installation abroad depending on country. For such request, please contact us directly.Delivery and on-site assembly are carried out by our authorized staff using flatbed truck equipped with auxiliary crane. Inframet has its own fleet of trucks.

Lifting is carried out by crane or helicopter on difficult access sites. Our trained and authorized fitters work in collaboration with our approved partners
